Mixed Boolean Linear Programming (MBLP) plays an important and vital role in design problems in networks in which we have to optimally place or detect some components in the grid. Although we can exactly solve MBLPs via branch-and-bound methods, these methods have very much computational burden in their worst case situations which exerts an adverse influence on their performances in large scale MBLPs. Therefore, a better practical method is strongly required for solving these problems in real applications.
